Ventilation control sensor with 5-m connection cable
The easy way to control hard-to-reach ventilators.
Ventilation units that are difficult to reach - e.g. near the ceiling - can be conveniently operated on the wall with the SIEGENIA ventilation control unit as an external control unit.
Together with the AEROPLUS WRG wall ventilator or the AEROMAT VT (with the exception of the AEROMAT VT D), it combines simple operation with useful additional features that make daily ventilation easier. Equipped with sensors, automatic mode ensures that air is exchanged as required or night cooling is activated.
In combination with the automatic mode, it automatically regulates the ventilation level required for a healthy indoor climate as required. Ventilation is particularly precise and needs-orientated in the version with sensor technology. This is equipped with an integrated temperature and humidity sensor as well as a CO2 sensor. With the help of these two sensors, the control unit records the room air quality exactly where it is installed in the room. This means that precise, reliable values can be recorded at all times, even for ventilation units that are located in a position where measurement data is critical - e.g. near radiators.
This product bundle contains the components required for installation of the ventilation control unit for connection to 1 ventilation unit:
If required, a 2 metre extension cable can also be purchased.
Advantages at a glance.
- Control of up to 9 ventilation units
- Status displayed using LEDs, incl. indication of the air quality using the traffic light system
- Simple wall installation
- No additional power supply required
- Wiring with prefabricated SI bus cable
- Dimensions (W x H x D): 100 mm x 109 mm x 23 mm
Compatible ventilation units.
- AEROPLUS WRG wall-mounted ventilator
- AEROMAT VT facade ventilation system, except AEROMAT VT D variant
Control.
The ventilation control unit follows the master-slave principle. The control unit instructs the master unit in the operating mode and air flow rate. This in turn provides feedback on status, air quality, etc. Up to 8 additional ventilation units can be connected as slave units, which follow the master unit in terms of operating mode and air flow rate.
Power supply and connection.
Power is supplied via the ventilation unit; an additional power source is not required. Pre-assembled SI bus cables in various lengths are available for the connection, which work according to the plug-and-play principle.
This product bundle is supplied with a 5 metre connection cable . An extension cable with a length of 2 metres can also be purchased if required.
Please note that different numbers of connection cables are required depending on the ventilator and the number of ventilators. Therefore, please also take note of our further information regarding the connection on our information page .
