Attention

No warranty for use without surface coating! Only the components 1, 2 and 4 may receive a surface coating in accordance with the following specification. Only then can this be installed and commissioned! The components 3, 5 and 6 must not be coated!

Surface coating

Powder coating with Polyester powder paint - coat thickness 50-120 µm

1. Degrease for 3 minutes at 50°C. Rinse for 1 minute with salt-free water (VE water).

2. Dry for 10 minutes at 150°C.

3. Powder coating with Polyester powder paint (at room temperature).

4. Anneal for 12 minutes at 180°C (object temperature).
