Smart comfort with many advantages
No tools are required to install the sensor concealed in the frame. It is ideal for rented flats as it can be removed without leaving any residue. Equipped with future-proof technology, the smart sensor can be used in various fittings and profiles thanks to its slim design and flexible slider. The sensor can be installed either concealed or surface-mounted, for example on garage doors or lift and slide doors. When surface-mounted on the element, it is suitable as a contact sensor for monitoring the entire building envelope. When surface-mounted, it can optionally be concealed with a white cover cap.
In order for the smart sensor to be used via a smartphone or a home controller, a control centre from Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home or Samsung SmartThings that supports both Matter and Thread is required. To integrate the smart sensor into your smart home, all you need to do is scan the Matter code on the device. Setup and access are then very easy via the respective smart home app.
The SIEGENIA HomeConnect app (compatible with iOS) offers attractive additional functions for the Smart sensor in addition to the smart home app.
